Say no to Royale Bintang !!
This is what happened. A month ago me and my friends went there to have a drink. We were there for about 15 minutes and no one serve us. We even requested the menu for twice. After that, I made complain to them. Unfortunately, they need more than 1 month to do their investigations. Customer service is so poor as the management too. This is because I called to the manager and one of the manager told me send my complaint to email than only can be used by managers. It's now 1 week after I made the call. The fact is, managers do things slow and therefore staffs follow the norm.
